CAPEX Advisors is an advisory firm specializing in the development and financing of investment projects

Niklas Rikala joined CAPEX Advisors in 2018. Niklas graduated from the Aalto University School of Business with a Master’s Degree in Economics and Business Administration in 2020 and has also studied Real Estate Finance at one of America’s highest-ranking universities, the University of Michigan.

Before joining CAPEX Advisors Niklas worked at one of Finland’s leading pension insurance companies, Mutual Pension Insurance Company Elo (from 2017).

Niklas specializes in financial modelling and evaluating financing strategies.

Education: Master of Science (MSc) in Economics and Business Administration (2020), major Finance (Aalto University School of Business, Helsinki and University of Michigan Ross School of Business, Ann Arbor, USA).

Kimmo joined CAPEX Advisors in 2020. He has an 20 year background in real estate and construction management and advisory. Kimmo is the most experienced technical advisor in social infrastructure partnership projects in Finland, with expertise in building design, construction as well as property management. Kimmo also has extensive experience from strategic real estate management, as a technical consultant as well as a technical director in a Finnish municipality.
